Howard Feddema, Ed.D.
For eight years, Howard served as the Director of Planning for Township High School District 214, one of Illinois’ largest school systems. Serving over 250,000 residents in suburban Chicago, District 214 is well known for its quality programs and services. As Director of Planning, he was responsible for developing and coordinating the district’s strategic planning system.
His educational experience also includes: administrative assistant to the superintendent; assistant principal; high school teacher; and athletic coach. He also served as project director of a regional “future studies” program for highly gifted students.
Dr. Feddema has published several articles related to strategic organization.
